In order to facilitate the District鈥檚 energy and sustainability goals outlined in the District鈥檚 Carbon Neutral Goals and Guidelines, the District has installed electric vehicle charging stations to be used for personal vehicles. 人妻乱伦鈥檚 Electric Vehicle Workplace Charging Program is intended to encourage and support the use of an EV for employees as an alternative mode of transportation. 人妻乱伦 recognizes that, while not all employees require or desire workplace charging for their commute, some employees may benefit from a fee-based, EV workplace charging program on our campuses, where possible.

Program Registration

The new chargers will be cellularly enabled. To sign up, please follow the directions below:

1. Download the by going to your app store

2. Follow the instructions to create a Driver鈥檚 account

• Click on 鈥淐reate New Account鈥�
• Fill in the form using your @scusd.edu email address
• Verify the account
• Click on 鈥淧rofile鈥� (bottom right corner)
• Click on 鈥淎ccount Balance鈥�
• Add a Payment Method
• Add funds

3. Adding a payment method and funds to your account is a must to be able to charge the vehicle.

Program Cost

The new pricing is set to cover costs, and pricing may change over time based on electricity rates. The District will reassess pricing annually and make market adjustments as necessary.
