April 8, 2014 (Sacramento): Sacramento City Unified School
District and the Sacramento City Teachers Association (SCTA) will
hold a joint press conference on Wednesday (April 9) on the
future of the No Child Left Behind waiver at SCTA鈥檚 office in
East Sacramento.
